Gap Launched Its Premium GapStudio Sub-Label with Collection 01

GapStudio is a new premium sub-label launched by Gap, sharing an elevated take on denim, khaki, and poplin with an emphasis on tailoring. Led by creative director Zac Posen, GapStudio reflects on Gap's roots as a brand and explores fresh territory and a new style identity—and this fusion of nostalgic Americana fashion and a more editorial aesthetic is apparent in the first campaign from GapStudio. As such, this new sub-label has the potential to recapture consumers who once sported Gap styles that defined an era.

GapStudio's launch collection, called Collection 01, includes pieces like blazers and trench coats that touch on its heritage with Posen's couture style. In the 53-piece collection, prices range from $78 to $248.
