Fantasy Show-Inspired Well-Wishes

Full of bite, the 'Game of Thrones' Greeting Cards will sting more than a person would like considering that such cards are more often than not filled with well-wishes. Of course, not all of them send messages such as, "Congratulations! You're going to make great target practice for my crossbow" and "Another year older, huh? My advice: Start drinking." Some of them are fairly typical including, "Happy Mother (of dragons) Day" and "To the best sister a brother can ask for." Now guess which statement belongs to who.
