Space10 Opens a Second Site for Its Research, Workshops, Etc.
Kalina Nedelcheva — November 12, 2019 — Art & Design
Engaging in futuristic research and troubleshooting new technology, modes of operation, and so on is a grueling task. Copenhagen-based Space10 is an IKEA-backed company that does just that and in fact, it recently expanded to south Delhi with a second futuristic research lab location.
The location was chosen due to its status as a "home to emerging design studios, creatives, and entrepreneurs." Space10 hopes to attract professionals with various backgrounds -- from architects and academics to activists and entrepreneurs, in the hopes of developing cutting-edge technology that will have implications for the world.
The Delhi location will house community talks, exhibitions, workshops, as well as "offer rapid prototyping facilities for local and international designers."
