A Vermont Tattoo Parlor called 'Aartistic Inc.' is currently offering free Bernie Sanders tattoos to its visitors. With the US election gearing up, the tattoos provide a unique way for Democrats to show their support for the presidential candidate and current US Senator.
The idea behind offering free Bernie Sanders tattoos came about after a rumor that a New Hampshire shop was giving out free Donald Trump tattoos. Since Sanders is from Vermont, it seemed fitting to give residents the same opportunity, explains shop owner Tyre Duvernay. With Sanders' enthusiastic fan base of young supporters the tattoos have already proven extremely popular. Based on social media posts, fans appear eager to brand themselves with Sander's distinct profile nearly anywhere on their body.
