African Bouillon Lines

Freddy Hirsch Nigeria Debuts Bouillon Seasoning for West African Consumers

Freddy Hirsch Nigeria, an African spice company, has unveiled a fresh collection of bouillon flavors tailored to the West African market. Bouillon, an integral ingredient in West African cuisine, is renowned for enhancing the flavors of various dishes, most notably soups and stews. The new product line is strategically targeted at the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector prevalent in the region.

Quick-service restaurants, in particular, constantly seek high-quality ingredients to provide their customers with an authentic and satisfying dining experience. The new bouillon line will help chefs and cooks enhance their meals with the rich flavors of the seasoning.

“With the simple addition of bouillon flavours, available in powder form, the seasoning enhances the culinary experience by making it simple to create tasty meals,” said Kojo Brifo, managing director, Freddy Hirsch Nigeria.
