If you thought seven minutes was still too much of a time commitment to make every day, it's now even harder to come up with an excuse not to take four minutes out of your day to do what's being called "The World's Fastest Workout."
The highly condensed four minute workout is based on the Tabata Protocol, which is used by Japanese Olympic athletes, proving that high intensity training is just as effective as a prolonged workout.
'Quick 4' offers videos, sounds and voice cues to guide you through the workout activities, so it's like having a personal trainer right at your fingertips. The app is free to download from the Apple iTunes store, if you're up for the challenge and prepared to sweat.
