Nutrition-Focused Temporary Dining Menus

Ford's Garage Launches the Fuel-Efficient Fare Menu

The restaurant chain Ford's Garage has launched a new temporary dining selection called the Fuel-Efficient Fare menu. This venture introduces a series of dishes with an emphasis on balanced nutrition and controlled calorie content.

The Fuel-Efficient Fare menu represents a departure from the establishment's traditional focus on hearty comfort food. As part of this nutrition-inspired pivot, Ford's Garage boasts a series of flavor-packed Supercharged Bowls, all of which combine proteins, grains, and vegetables, and are under 1,000 calories. The lineup includes the Honey Chipotle Chicken Bowl, the Ford's Burger Bowl, the Seared Ahi Tuna Bowl, and the Lemon Herb Shrimp Bowl. Alongside these bowls, Ford's Garage boasts new Simply Grilled entrees, which include Blackened Norwegian Atlantic Salmon, Choice Center-Cut Sirloin, and Chicken Breast.

The Fuel-Efficient Fare menu development is framed as a response to seasonal consumer interest in healthier alternatives at the beginning of the year.
