The 2018 Ford Mustang Bullitt was a highly anticipated model at the Detroit Auto Show. The model is designed to pay tribute to American actor Steve McQueen and his iconic 60s car chases. The car certainly lived up to the expectations of movie and auto enthusiasts.
The car is a coupe and the full technical spreadsheet hasn't been released yet, but rumor has it the 2018 Ford Mustang Bullitt will hit a top speed of 163 mph, which is about 8mph faster than the model the car is based on, the 2018 Ford Mustang GT. What really grabbed the attention of the public was the Bullitt's motifs and overall aesthetic. The standard color of the Mustang is a dark highland green, but consumers have the alternative of a shadow-black version as well. The model has a privation of stripes or emblems, but "receives subtle chrome accents around the grille and the windows."
