We're all subject to temptation, but the easiest way to avoid giving in is to be prepared. Armstrong teaches her viewers how to create protein-packed meals that will last up to 12 days. She uses a Food Saver to vacuum-seal four grams of chicken, along with veggies and organic sauce, into a portable baggie.
Life can get busy, so it's easy to choose convenience over diet. Picking up fast food on the way home from the office is simpler than cooking a full meal, for example. Armstrong's prep is a great, time-efficient way to organize delicious, healthy meals ahead of time, so you won't be tempted to cheat.
