'Destinacion Chile!' is an initiative, put in place by Omni Hotels & Resorts as part of its annual Flavors of the World series, that allows guests to enjoy a deep and authentic immersion into the culinary delights of Chile.
To get the program rolling, famed chef Rocio Alvarado Diaz was brought in to train the hotel's kitchen staff about Chilean flavors, wine pairing sand culture. The hotel's kitchen was therefore equipped to treat guests to an authentic Chilean culinary experience emboldened by thoughtful wine pairings with the country's famous wine offerings.
