This is achieved with two five-degree transversal cuts that allow the bow and stern of the body to collapse into the middle section for easy storage in a vehicle.

The kayak was created after a trip to Venice where Borràs was interested in sailing the canals, but was unable to store a two-seater kayak behind her car without paying for a larger parking spot.
