I think it is safe to say that I would never play a fighting game against anyone using the Fighting Commander 3 Pro. The Fighting Commander 3 Pro is a PlayStation 3 controller designed to be used specifically for fighting games.

The Fighting Commander 3 Pro is designed differently from normal PS3 controllers. For starters, the controller doesn't have any analog sticks. Since most fighting games still use the directional pad instead of analog sticks, this is a sensible subtraction. The d-pad on the controller is adjustable up to 20 degrees and features sensitivity settings. Another major redesign is the addition of the R1 and R2 buttons to the face of the controller. If that weren't enough, the buttons of the controller can be switched at any time. Fighting fans looking to get their hands on this controller are in luck, as it is priced at a very reasonable $35.

The Fighting Commander 3 Pro is another example of how big the video game industry is truly becoming. When you start seeing companies design controllers specifically for certain gaming genres, then you know that gaming is here to stay.
