WHOOP partnered with Natural Cycles to give eligible WHOOP members access to fertility insights and hormone-free birth control through the Natural Cycles app. The integration uses overnight skin temperature captured by WHOOP MG and WHOOP 5.0 devices to help Natural Cycles determine daily fertility status.
WHOOP data is transferred automatically into the Natural Cycles app, reducing the need for users to take separate temperature measurements. New Natural Cycles users with eligible WHOOP devices will receive a 12-month subscription and can access fertile and non-fertile day guidance alongside the app’s pregnancy planning, postpartum and perimenopause modes.
For users, the integration combines continuous wearable data with an FDA-cleared contraceptive platform to simplify fertility tracking. The partnership reflects a broader trend of fitness wearables expanding into reproductive health through clinically regulated digital services.
