Celebrity-Designed Grooming Scents

Dr. Squatch and Megan Fox Create the Feral Fox Fragrance

Celebrity-designed grooming scents are turning everyday personal care products into collectible releases through recognizable personalities and limited availability. Dr. Squatch partnered with Megan Fox to create ‘Feral Fox,’ a fragrance featured in a natural bar soap and aluminum-free Invisible Glide deodorant. Developed around a “Formula of Attraction” concept, the scent combines bergamot, sea salt and mineral air with wild juniper berry, sandalwood, musk and vintage leather. Only 5,000 products are being released, including 1,500 bundles offered through a purchase drawing.

The collaboration gives Dr. Squatch a way to generate urgency and cultural attention around familiar grooming categories while extending its relationship with Fox beyond advertising. The limited quantity can encourage demand and social conversation, while availability through Target and Walmart expands exposure. Curated “Professor Fox’s Picks” also gives the brand an opportunity to direct consumers who miss the release toward its wider product portfolio.
