FENDI Unveils Its Men’s Fall/Winter 2022-23 Collection

Italian luxury fashion house FENDI has unveiled its Men’s Fall/Winter 2022-23 collection -- an expansive assortment of garments that aim to "disrupt the formality of traditional menswear" by riffing on classic "dandy" silhouettes.

As a whole, the collection focuses on bold patterns and highly-textured materials; hound's tooth suiting, Vichy check tweeds, satin tuxedos, and silk jacquards take the spotlight. In addition, the collection boasts a rich and understated color pallette that utilizes hues such as mocha, raspberry, burgundy, taupe, and white.

However, the most notable feature of the collection is its embrace of contemporary tailoring. The harsh lines of the vintage silhouettes have been updated with a new softness, while several pieces see multiple looks being stitched into one. For example, blazers seamlessly turn into capes, while a pair of extra-wide trousers comes stitched with a half-skirt-like construction.
