Pop Star-Inspired Calzones

Schlotzsky's Teams with Joey Fatone on the New Fatone Calzone

Schlotzsky's has teamed up with pop star and NSYNC member Joey Fatone on a new calzone aptly titled the Fatone Calzone.

Schlotzsky's recently decided to launch a lineup of baked-from-scratch calzones and recruited Factone to help them get the word out. Throughout the month of February, Schlotzsky's customers can pick up their very own Fatone Calzone by downloading and ordering through the Schlotzsky's app, or by visiting one of the brand's 350 locations nationwide.

As for the calzone itself, the Fatone Calzone is an Italian-inspired creation made with ham, Genoa and Cotto salami, pepperoni, and mozzarella and parmesan cheeses – all served with marinara dipping sauce on the side. As Fatone himself explains, "Nobody knows Italian food better than Joey Calzone, it's literally in the name! That's why I'm super excited to join forces with Schlotzsky's to create my very own menu item and share my love for calzones with the world. The future is calzones!"
