Pop Culture Pet Posters

Re:design Recently Payed Tribute to Famous Felines in Pixelated Form

Eurydyka Kata and Rafal Szczawinski from re:design are fascinated by pop culture's obsession with famous felines. They created a pixelated graphic as tribute to these beloved, well-known cats.

The 8-bit kittens are minimalist, vibrant and colorful. All famous four-legged friends were celebrated -- Hello Kitty, The Cheshire Cat and the Pink Panther. The cats came together to form a poster called 'Cats in the Night.' Each character was also given a small description, which included their names and origin story.

Their quirky cat habits are illustrated in the poster. The midnight blue poster with pixel stars sets a nighttime backdrop for the cats. Clearly, all the cat videos on YouTube aren't enough proof of how much we love our feline friends. Regardless, this poster is simplistic and beautiful.
