The Evolution Mobile Bar takes five minutes or less to assemble from its suitcase-sized flat-packed state into a compact but mighty minibar. It’s made of lightweight aluminum and features a speed rail, glass rack and built-in garnish containers. You can fit ten average 750-ml liquor bottles on the speed rail, plus six 1-liter store-and-pour jugs. The glass rack holds 24 pieces of stemware--more than enough for a few rounds.
