XNRGY Climate Systems' new manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona represents a strategic expansion that aims to address the increasing demand for energy-efficient cooling solutions in data centers and other critical infrastructure sectors. The 275,000-square-foot facility, which is part of a broader $300 million investment plan, underscores the company's commitment to sustainable HVAC innovation while positioning Arizona as a growing hub for advanced manufacturing.

With production set to begin in May 2025, the facility will initially employ 130 workers and scale up to 430 by year-end.
