Elliott's on Congress offers its customers an array of palette-teasing vodkas infused with unusual flavors and designed to drink as shots. Adventurous drinking can try one of the 24 house-made vodka flavors, including bacon, ginger, blueberry, pineapple, pumpkin pie, peppercorn, cucumber, and more.
Billy Elliott, the owner of the bar, explains that some of their house-made vodkas are made specifically to be mixed into other drinks. That said, the bar created a unique lineup of mixed shots, like the Mexican Candy made with strawberry and habanero vodkas, watermelon liqueur, sour mix, and a tajin rim. The company also designed the Roasted Garlic Vodka shot, which features Elliott's On Congress's house-made roasted garlic vodka served with a juicy dill pickle.
