The Electronic Textiles Conformable Suit (E-TeCS) has been developed by a team of researchers at MIT that's focused on delivering effective vital tracking for wearers. The garment is capable of tracking the skin temperature thanks to a series of 30 sensors within the shirt, while also keeping an eye on movements, heartbeat and even the respiration rate thanks to an accelerometer. The shirt works thanks to a processing module that's clipped onto the lower section of the garment to be easily removed when it's time for laundering.
