Japanese automaker Nissan has gone ahead and unveiled a high-tech new electric vehicle, dubbed the Sylphy Zero Emission, whose main selling point is right in its name in that this is a consummately eco-friendly car.
Unveiled at the Auto China 2018 event in Beijing, the Nissan Sylphy Zero Emission electric vehicle makes use of the proprietary Nissan Leaf platform, and comes fitted onto a substantial wheelbase that promises significantly more room for driver and passengers than the original Leaf. The car is also set to be fitted with a range of connectivity technologies that will let occupants use their smartphones to control multimedia and other preferences.
Offering a range of 388 kilometers, this electric vehicle's combination of reliable range, comfortable interiors and high-tech amenities marks it out as being squarely targeted towards the Chinese electric vehicle market.
