No Evil Foods recently introduced a new eco package design for its plant-based meat alternatives that better fit the conscious ethos of the company.
While the brand previously adopted a packaging system that featured butcher paper wrapping and pressure-sensitive labels, these components made composting a challenge. The reinvented eco packaging designs now used by No Evil Foods take the form of origami-style cartons, which can be unfolded in a way that reminds of the experience of unwrapping the old style of butcher paper. Although the designs are entirely environmentally friendly, the packaging leaves plenty of opportunity for the brand to show off its unique identity.
No Evil Foods' Comrade Cluck “No-Chicken” design was selected as the winner at Natural Products Expo East's NEXTY Awards for Best New Packaging Innovation.
