While chocolate bunnies are an Easter staple, Russell Stover is shaking things up with its new Easter Sours! collection.

Russell Stover is well known for its classic milk chocolate Easter bunnies. This year, the brand has debuted Easter Sours!, which is an unexpected take on its signature product. The new Easter Sours! consist of three-ounce bunnies made of white fudge infused with a sour kick. The bunnies come in three different sour varieties, including Blue Raspberry, Watermelon, and Cherry. As the description reads: "Enjoy the creaminess of white fudge combined with eye-popping sweetness. But wait – we’re not done! Next there is an explosion of mouth puckering sour cherry flavor."

For those who can't handle a whole bunny, the Easter Sours! collection also includes one-ounce Easter eggs in the same Blue Raspberry, Watermelon, and Cherry sour flavors.
