The EarthRoamer is a heavy-duty 'Xpedition Vehicle' or XV -- as opposed to RV -- that lives up to its name thanks to its ability to traverse the most rugged and challenging lands on the planet. This versatile vehicle offers a versatile mobile shelter that is both rugged and luxurious.
The EarthRoamer has a one-piece composite body that sits on a commercial-duty chassis. It is powered by a 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 Turbo Disel Engine which provides 300 horsepower in addition to 660 pounds-feet of torque. This monstrous vehicle moves on either 37-inch Michelin mud and snow tires or 41-inch Continental military off-road tires.
The EarthRoamer has a minimum ground clearance of 26.4 cm, and an optional air ride suspension system that makes it possible to attach the height of wheels and axles independently.
