Internet-Inspired Sprinkle Doughnuts

Pinbox's New Dot Cake Doughnut Takes on a Viral Trend

Pinkbox Doughnuts is getting in on the viral dot cake trend with its new Dot Cake doughnut.

As you may have seen online, videos of consumers enjoying mini cake cups covered with colorful, crunchy nonpareils have gone extremely viral. The trend originated with the original Dotcups sold by the New York-based bakery, The Dotcakes.

Never one to shy away from a trend, Pinkbox Doughnuts is now getting in on the fun with its very own Dot Cake doughnut. This eye-catching new treat consists of a glazed vanilla cake doughnut topped with frosting and a layer of rainbow-colored nonpareils. The new doughnut will be available now through June 30th from all Pinkbox Doughnuts locations and for online for ordering.
