'Whatshisname,' a British artist who as his name might suggest, has a sense of humor that perforates his pieces -- something that's maintained in his strange dog balloon sculptures.
Playing on a previous work by Jeff Koons, the artist adjusts the bubbly subjects so that they're shown in a squatting position -- along with some balloon excrement beneath them. Despite the content being a little gross, Whatshisname's dog balloon sculptures are rather adorable, especially considering the miniature size.
In order to promote his creation, the artist photographed the work in London's city streets -- one image showing the defecating dog superimposing a scenic view of Big Ben, while another depicts it on a graffiti-coated sidewalk.
