M&S launches its Never the Same Again program in collaboration with Doddle to manage growth of sales during the pandemic. The physical store runs on a Click & Collect system that offers contactless collection and drive-up collection options. This helps customers navigate through their retail experience with new safety standards in place.
During these trying times, the journey is seamless as can be. The drive-up option eliminates the queue to enter the physical store and visits to the Click & Collect desk. M&S implements Doddle's progressive technology in order to measure data and understand consumer demand better. The store is also incorporating packing of online orders to fulfill orders more efficiently and to improve consumer proposition and stock online and in-store.
