These DIY wall panels are a perfect project for those who always find that they need to wear layers of clothes indoors when the weather gets a little bit frosty. Older houses and apartments are prone to leaks and this is a great way to keep in some of the heat.
This DIY project uses small sheets of stiffened felt, school glue and a few tools for sizing and cutting. After measuring out the size of the wall to be covered, the small felt squares can be folded and glued into place. Although this is not optimal for renters, there are other adhesives that would work just as well.
As well as keeping things cozy indoors, this fall craft works well at any time of the year for cancelling out the sounds of noisy neighbours as well.
