To make the DIY sorbet you will need agave syrup, lemon juice, fresh raspberries, vanilla extract and a bottle of champagne or Prosecco. Begin by whisking the agave syrup with hot water. In a blender, combine the raspberries, lemon juice and vanilla extract. You will need to strain this mixture afterwards in order to remove the raspberry seeds. Add the raspberry juice to the agave and pour in your champagne. To finish, place the mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze until firm.
