This DIY golden egg place setting not only looks good, but is also completely edible. When looked at from an aerial point of view, the product in the middle of the plate looks like an egg painted in gold, however, upon closer inspection from the side, it appears to be a macaron!
It's also recommended that you use a plate with gold touches to match the coloring of the macaron/egg. For Ashley from Sugar and Cloth, she goes even further and throws a dash of confetti over the whole thing, just to make the entire look festive. For anyone having an Easter dinner, putting together this place setting is sure to impress guests, plus they get to have dessert before the main course has even been served! Sounds like my kind of party.
