Desi Daru Brings Mango Vodka Cocktails To Leeds For Diwali

Diwali celebrations are getting a cocktail twist in Leeds, where Desi Daru is teaming up with Uyare by Tharavadu for a limited-edition drinks menu. Running from 2 to 15 November, the collaboration will be available at the restaurant and rooftop bar at Victoria Gate, with three cocktails featuring Desi Daru Alphonso Mango Vodka, made with Ratnagiri mangoes.

The menu includes the Mango Gimlet for a crisp, fruit-led serve and the Mango Desirita for a bolder option with a chilli kick. Together, the drinks put the vodka’s mango flavour at the centre of the seasonal offering, with different profiles to suit a range of tastes.

The two-week collaboration gives Leeds diners a festive way to try the spirit, which is also stocked in around 140 Waitrose stores. By bringing the bottle into a restaurant setting for Diwali, Desi Daru is giving shoppers another way to discover the brand beyond the supermarket shelf.
