You gotta love what's coming out of MIT. One of their latest projects, Sixthsense, is a wearable projector that interacts with your surrounding environment by overlaying interactive content over everyday items that allow the user to find out more information.
Personally, I'm a particular fan of being able to turn an image within a newspaper into video and projecting a watch face onto your wrist to tell the time.
Implications - With the rise of blogging and social media, the face of print media is changing to incorporate elements of the digital age that are enticing for the tech-savvy consumer who still appreciates the need for print papers.
