The Fall 2018 collection by Korean label 99%IS- is literally the definition of designer-inspired fashion. Each garment in the deconstructed and metallic line of high-end streetwear is strongly informed by occurrences in the life of its creator Bajowoo and mild predictions of what the future might entail. The designer shared with Vogue that through 'CHAlleNGE' he wanted "to show the road [he has] walked until now, and the road [he] must walk in the future."
The label's Fall 2018 presentation was held in the car parking lot of Doota — a Doosan-owned sizable shopping tower. As many executives attended the show, the designer-inspired fashion line-up was strongly characterized by vibrancy in color, as well as a strong references to graffiti, motorcycle and punk cultures.
