Victoria Beckham is no stranger to the fashion industry. The former Spice Girl has become a global style icon, helping to set trends around the world.
The designers love her, she's gifted heaps of designer outfits and products, and has even walked the catwalks for big shots like Roberto Cavalli and Dolce & Gabbana.
Now she's ready to try her hand at her own clothing design, with her eye set on opening a boutique on LA's trendy Melrose Avenue to sell her successful dVb line. Items in her collection so far includes pants, skirts, bags and sunglasses.
"Victoria wants to ensure she is as much of a fashion icon in the States as in the UK and this seems the ideal way to do it," a FemaleFirst article said. "Melrose Avenue is the place to have a store if you are a designer, so if Victoria pulls it off it will do wonders to boost her status."
Rumours of her modeling her own designs are spinning too, and it would be a smart move considering how closeley fans copy her fashion choices.
