The Der8enchtable is a professional open-air test bench developed jointly by Thermal Grizzly, ElmorLabs (Jon “elmor” Sandström), and overclocker Roman “der8auer” Hartung. At its core is a black-anodized aluminum frame supporting a removable base unit with an integrated PCB that consolidates power, data, and control connections for mounted hardware. The PCB includes three independently fused fan zones, each providing three 4-pin headers with 3 A per channel and an additional pump zone with two 4-pin headers. Peripherals and storage media can be connected via four USB 2.0 Type-A ports, two USB Type-C ports, two onboard SATA connectors, and four microSD slots, while addressable RGB lighting is supported through a dedicated 3-pin header.
Designed to simplify consistent hardware testing and benchmarking, the Der8enchtable allows users to switch fan zones between 50 % and 100 % speed manually or under motherboard control, ensuring repeatable thermal conditions. The modular frame accommodates radiator and PSU mounting brackets, and removable feet enable a more compact footprint when the lower section is not required. Integrated power and reset buttons, alongside preinstalled motherboard standoffs for ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX boards, further streamline setup. This combination of active cooling management, flexible storage options, and adaptable mounting features targets overclockers, content creators, and PC enthusiasts seeking a turnkey test platform.
