Thermal Grizzly Launched its Highly-Anticipated GPU Block

— September 10, 2025 — Tech
The DeltaMate GPU water cooling block from Thermal Grizzly represents the company’s first dedicated GPU block, manufactured in Germany with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and reliability. It was introduced alongside DeltaMate liquid cooling fittings and accessories to expand Thermal Grizzly’s portfolio beyond thermal pastes and pads. The block features full-metal construction with an RGB-illuminated viewing window, ultra high-performance 0.2 mm microfins, and targeted cooling for all VRAM and VRM components. Customers can configure the block with either a through-type terminal offering four ports or a direct terminal with two ports, and each unit ships with Thermal Grizzly’s own thermal pastes and pads for immediate installation.

At the core of the DeltaMate GPU block is a dual cold-plate design made of nickel-plated copper, with the primary coldplate delivering a surface area of 21 009 mm² via 0.2 mm slots and fins standing 2.5 mm tall. The secondary VRM/VRAM coldplate weighs over 1 100 g and is CNC-machined after glass bead blasting to ensure optimal thermal transfer. Integrated in the black anodized aluminum housing is a strip of 27 addressable RGB LEDs behind a tempered acrylic window, controllable through a 3-pin ARGB header. The block also includes “The Oracle” spacer PCB, which matches the exact dimensions of the target graphics card PCB to simplify alignment and fitment prior to full installation.
