BARBARA I GONGINI's latest runway presentation graced the stage at Copenhagen Fashion Week and stole the show with its deconstructed menswear staples. The Spring/Summer 2016 collection was displayed in a monochromatic palette and included a mix of tattered and aged fabric manipulations.

Referencing an apocalyptic style aesthetic -- one that has been referenced by a number of brands this season -- BARBARA I GONGINI experiments with the texture and weight of its clothing and defies the expectations of its audience.

Marrying unraveling knits with treated denims, this deconstructed menswear range pushes style boundaries and represents a very distinct way of dressing. The range is also about function and comfort and is designed to be worn by urban dwellers.
