Checkoff’s ‘Dairy Dream Team’ Creates a Viral Butter Board

A 'Dairy Dream Team' was put together by Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) and comprises chefs, recipe creators, "foodies," gamers, and lifestyle influencers with a large following. An additional pool of influencers will work with the team to collaborate with state and regional checkoff teams to showcase original recipes and ways consumers, particularly members of Gen Z, can enjoy dairy.

"Dream Team" member Justine Doiron created the butter board film as a part of the initiative. The video displays several sticks of soft butter combined with additional components like veggies in a way that resembles a charcuterie board. The hashtag #butterboard has been used in over 5,000 postings due to Dorian's post going viral, encouraging others to share their versions of butter boards on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
