Cypress Grove Cheeses are Making Their Debut at Target
Cypress Grove — a Northern California creamery known for its artisanal goat cheeses, including the iconic Humboldt Fog — has announced a distribution partnership with Target that will place three of its award-winning varieties in over 450 stores across the United States starting in April 2026.
As part of this retail agreement, Target customers will gain access to Cypress Grove's Midnight Moon, Purple Haze, and Sgt. Pepper varieties. The first option is an aged Gouda-style goat cheese with notes of brown butter and caramel. The second offering is a goat cheese featuring lavender and wild fennel pollen, while the third is also a goat cheese with harissa, curry, and chilli threads.
Joe Quintero, Vice President of Sales, Cypress Grove, shared: "Securing expanded distribution with Target for three of our specialty cheeses is a significant milestone for our brand. Target is a perfect partner, known for curating unique, high-quality offerings for their customers. We're excited to collaborate with them to make specialty cheese more accessible and inspire new moments of discovery in the dairy aisle."
