Fayvel's Sneaker Stickers Let Kids Play a Designer Role

Children's footwear brand Fayvel recently released a customizable sneaker range that is sold with a sticker kit that encourages self expression. Allowing kids to get creative, these customizable sneakers come in a variety of fun colors for both boys and girls and are sold with a versatile pack of interchangeable adornments.

These include soccer ball, dolphin and unicorn stickers among other graphics that are meant to represent a child's personal sense of style or their diverse interests. Fayvel designer Erin Slater drew inspiration from her childhood sticker collection when creating this customizable footwear concept.

Keeping in tune with the artisanal maker culture of today, these sneakers encourage kids to express themselves through a DIY medium. While competing footwear brands offer online customization services, this concept is more hands-on and nostalgic in its overall approach.
