The Cus Key is a design concept that was created for disabled professionals and avid computer users that spend the majority of their day in front of a computer screen. The keyboard was created as a faster alternative to the traditional keyboard that limits freedom and more importantly increases comfort. The designer of this keyboard, Jin Weon Park, may not have come up with the most appropriate name for his creation, but he certainly did create a keyboard that could fit everyone's typing needs.
Weon Par observed that most traditional keyboards often lead to muscle strain and using them for a prolonged period of time could lead to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The Cus Key keyboard allows the muscles to relax and permits fluid movement in hands, wrists, arms and shoulders. I imagine typing on this sleek keyboard could take some time getting used to, but the medial benefits would certainly outweigh any discomfort at first.
