A Los Angeles-based real estate technology start-up by the name of Aperture is looking to make a huge splash in both the real estate and the cryptocurrency investing worlds with the introduction of its new crypto token, Property Coin, which aims to function as a finance fund supported by real estate.

Based on the Ethereum blockchain standard, Property Coin allows people to purchase a cryptocurrency token that effectively turns them into real estate investors. Aperture envisions a reinvesting model in which half of the profits from its initial coin offering (ICO) will be ploughed into new real estate investments, ensuring that investors are always put in a position to rake in profits.

By appealing to both traditional real estate investors as well as new cryptocurrency enthusiasts, the Property Coin crypto token aims to attract a broad array of investors looking to leverage blockchain technology to enjoy real estate profits.
