The menu item starts off with a cream cheese pie filling infused with Biscoff cookies, which is paired with a Biscoff crust before being topped with Biscoff cookie butter spread, whipped cream and a solid Biscoff cookie. The menu item pays homage to the signature flavor of speculoos biscuits, which have a caramelized sugar flavor with notes of burnt sugar that offers a rich, complex taste in every bite.

The Crumbl Biscoff Pie will be on the menu from October 6 through 11, 2025 alongside a range of returning treats for fans to try out.
