Grain Up is extending its ‘Protein Overnight Oats’ with a creatine-fortified version that pairs breakfast with a sports nutrition add-on. The U.K. brand’s ‘Creatine Overnight Oats’ keep the original formula’s plant protein while adding 3 grams of creatine per serving.
Each serving also provides 12 grams of plant protein and 4 grams of fiber, with gluten-free oats as the base. The line is set to open for preorders on Dec. 7, 2026, and early-access sign-up is available ahead of that date. Grain Up is offering the oats in ‘Peanut Butter & Jelly’ and ‘Apple Pie.’
The December preorder window gives the brand a way to test demand before a wider rollout, while the creatine angle broadens oats beyond a simple high-protein breakfast. Folding workout-oriented ingredients into a familiar morning food could make the category feel more functional without adding another separate supplement step.
