The Gym Kitchen is expanding into the breakfast category with the launch of new high-protein porridge pots in two tasty flavors.
Available now from Asda stores, The Gym Kitchen's new high-protein porridge pots consist of heat-and-eat oatmeal packed with more than 20 grams of protein. The new pots come in both a Golden Syrup and Chocolate variety, and each can be prepared in minutes using nothing more than boiling water. The new pots offer significantly more protein than other instant oat products, but without a lengthy ingredient list. In fact, the porridge pots are free of red GDAs for fat, saturates, sugar, or salt. As The Gym Kitchen Founder Segun Akinwoleola explains, “Porridge is a natural fit for our proposition around high protein, taste, health and convenience, with an instant format that requires no refrigeration, no equipment and no preparation beyond a kettle."
