The conceptual 'COCOOK' cooking station has been designed by Junku Jung as a way to help make food preparation more communal by allowing multiple chefs to get in on the action.
Featuring a campsite cooking aesthetic, the unit allows users to maintain a conversation with one another as they prepare their part of the meal. This is thanks to the double-sided design that enables users to stand on either side and face each other instead of having them side-by-side which can inhibit their ability to interact.
The conceptual 'COCOOK' cooking station has a distinctly modern design that is intended to mesh well with the other appliances in the kitchen space to allow for seamless integration. The flattop design also enhances the cleaning capabilities to make post-preparation tasks less of a chore.
