The MOLTN cookie gifting program is a newly launched service from the cookie brand that takes the process of sending an edible gift to a loved one and makes it far easier to navigate. The program leverages the brand's own gifting software that prioritizes convenience with a decidedly analog touch, which is positioned to provide a decidedly more personal experience.
The service will allow users to customize a physical card that will be packed into the order, which will consist of a batch of baked-to-order cookies for the recipient to enjoy. The sender will be able to track the gift during the entire process until it's delivered with notification of receipt sent upon being received.
Founder and CEO Neal Miglani commented on the MOLTN cookie gifting program saying, "Everything in gifting has gone digital. E-cards, text notifications, QR codes. We went the other way on purpose. You open the box, the cookies are still warm, and there’s a real card with a real message. You can’t replicate that with a push notification, and that’s the moment we’re protecting.”
