Markerz is the design agency behind the mythology-inspired contraceptive packaging of company OTHEOS that aims to render its consumers feeling like immortal gods when using its products. The wrappers of the condoms boasts colorful patterns paired with realistic images of Grecian status of the Gods.
Greek mythology often references the infidelities and romances of the ancient gods and goddesses. Markerz draws on this historical literature as the design inspiration behind the brand, by promoting carnal pleasure and feelings and equating embracing them to feeling like a higher deity. The wrappers come in five different designs that each honor a famed god known for embracing his sexuality paired with geometric technicolor patterns. The gods included are Zeus, Apollo, Cupid, Dionysus and Hefest.
