Pacsun is speaking directly to its digital native customer base with a pop-up virtual shop in ComplexLand. This three-level store in the metaverse is welcoming virtual visitors with a festival experience and the chance to browse and shop exclusive products from the brand.
Cloud9 and Pacsun will be debuting their first collaboration during ComplexLand and exclusive merch will be available for Gen Z consumers to grab. Once a shopper discovers a product that they would like to purchase, they will be directed to the Pacsun website in order to purchase the physical product.
